The Tactics:
Before KBIS 2025, GreenHouse Digital + PR distributed e-invitations to 141 media contacts registered to attend. As part of this mailing, recipients were invited to meet with Oatey product specialists to learn more about new product launches and other products displayed at the booth.
On the Show Floor
Conducted booth tours with visiting editors.
Connected editors with client product and application experts to deepen relationships.
Uncovered present and future opportunities to contribute content. Each show day, in the evening after show hours, editor-contacts received a link to the online press kit. GreenHouse also sent the press kit to all relevant industry editors, including non-attendees, on Friday, February 28.

Post-Show
Followed up with media by fulfilling requests, pitching new ideas
Developed a written report for the client on booth visits, documenting media comments and upcoming opportunities
The Results:
GreenHouse Digital PR secured 13 in-person, editor booth visits at the Kitchen/ Bath Industry Show, resulting in 16 directly related publicity placements and over 506.9 K. impressions.
