Social Media Brand Awareness and Retention Campaign
Problem
A manufacturer of macerating and grinding pump systems was looking to increase their follower count for their Facebook Page to retarget future promotions. They wanted greater brand awareness and brand retention.
The Strategy
GreenHouse Digital PR reviewed previous campaigns to generate followers and realized it was time to have a consistent advertising campaign in 2019 specifically geared toward likes for the Facebook page. Working closely with the client a budget was determined to drive growth. GreenHouse knew the client was looking to attract not only consumers but contractors as well. The campaign needed to draw in both audiences.
Results
The following grew 132% over a 2 year period. At the start of 2018, the client had a following of 16,523. By the end of the campaign, the following grew to 38,493. The average monthly change in page likes is just 0.13% Building your Facebook audience is definitely a slow and steady game.
In 2019 the following grew 78%. Starting at 21,670 that grew to 38,493
Due to the growth in the audience, 10% of traffic to the website was from social media.
